Stephen is a seasoned corporate finance executive having had over 35 years of investment banking experience as a Managing Director with JPMorgan Chase and Credit Agricole CIB. In those roles he led many transactions across the debt and equity capital markets, financial advisory, mergers & acquisitions and structured finance areas across a broad range of industry sectors. Stephen is also an experienced private investor with a focus on early stage investing across the Medtech, Information technology and the consumer products/services areas.

Founding CEO. Dr Adrian Cohen graduated with honours from the University of NSW in 1983 before residency in orthopaedics and emergency medicine. As concussion became recognised as an important issue in its own right, he created the Headsafe program in 2012. He has been an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney Faculty of Medicine, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ophthalmology and Biomedical Engineering.

Alex McKillop graduated in Electrical Engineering from Sydney University in 1997 and has since worked at the intersection of technology and business in the telecommunications industry for both startups and global network operators before becoming a fulltime Angel Investor. He has personally financed a large number of start-ups in the Medtech, Fintech, Agtech, IT security and Deep Tech sectors and held multiple board positions as well as being an active supporter of the startup ecosystem.
